News This Week

I am officially: a. in my third trimester b. starting my seventh month and c. having my Gestational Diabetes test and Rhogam booster Thursday.

Tomorrow Gracyn is the size of a head of cauliflower (I am assuming that means weight).

Diaper Bag!

Look at what Dave got me for my MoBirthaversary (our anniversary, mommy's day, and my b-day all fall within a month time frame)! It is the diaper bag and the bottle cozie that match my purse!
I am thinking of giving the brown one that we bought originally to my mom to use when she has her or to a gal I work with or even one of my kids that just had a little girl.

Week 25 News

This week she is a Rutabaga. Yes, strange I know. My belly button is clost to gone. SSDD other than that.

Week 23 News

She is an eggplant. Dave finally felt her. Helen bought her some Nikes, or did I tell you that already? The kids came back from break wanting me to stand up and see how big I was now. Nothing other than that. We find out if I've made weight yet tomorrow.

Week 22 Happenings

This week marks the start of my sixth month and this week Gracyn is a spaghetti squash. Her room is done. Daddy painted her chalkboard wall last night. It is soooooo cute! I'll post pictures soon.

We're registered!

We went to register today. Only a smidge overwhelming, but not terrible. It is already online and available at the store.

www.babiesrus.com and go to registery, then type in Chamberlain to find us. I registered under Amanda with Mandie as an alternate name. If you search by Dave it may be easier.

AW!

These are her clothes, the ones that hang at least, in her armoire. I teared up a little. Aren't they damn cute?! Notice that there are only two dresses, but a pair of khakis and jean jacket? Yes, that's my daughter :)

Banana's about baby!

This week she's the length of a banana. Last week she was the weight of a cantaloupe.

More nursery pics - IN PROGRESS

#1: Gracyn's crib (toybox in the corner) without a matress and her bedding (but with bed skirt).
#2: Armoire (without feet because they are unstable and it's got a finished bottom...so who cares?!)
#3: Close up of armoire knobs. I bought them at Home Depot. The wooden ones were ugly and terrible. The same knobs are on the changing table. I'll post that picture once it's centered and there are boxes off it it.

Bedding!

This is the bedding (only for a crib and not a twin, nonetheless). Love it! It is girly without being too prissy. Classic and eclectic, with a smidge of modern.
